We supply friendly advice along with bbq grills, accessories and household fuels to enhance your BBQ experience.

We are an independent shop on the Plough roundabout, just 1/2 mile off J9 of the M25 in Leatherhead, Surrey.

We focus on a number of high quality brands. Many of these grills are in stock and available for same day delivery or we can assemble and deliver your grill ready for use.

Our Story

Living locally in Ashtead, we took over this business in 2017 so our customers would have a local source for high quality BBQ grills, accessories and household fuels.

Being grillers for many years we were excited about the challenge and saw building a local business as something important to the local community and personally rewarding to us.

It has been a great experience.

Our Services

Assembly

We understand how daunting and frustrating assembling your purchase can be. We offer an “Assembly Service” for those people who prefer a more care-free experience. For a fee depending on the size and complexity of your grill or heater we will assemble, test and deliver your purchase so it can be ready for use upon delivery. The cost for this service ranges from £50 to £125, and can be added at time of purchase or later if required.

Delivery

Standard Delivery
Shipments for items in stock (excluding household fuels) are processed in two business days and will be shipped by courier. Our standard delivery charge is £15.00 for a basket with an overall value of £50.00 or less. Orders over £50.00 will be shipped free of charge, for items in the UK mainland. Orders to Northern Ireland may be subject to an additional charge, depending upon the weight and value of items ordered.
Household fuels
We cannot offer standard delivery terms on household fuels such as gas bottles, coal, logs and charcoal. We request you buy in store or order for click and collect. However, we can provide delivery for these items under special circumstances, subject to an optional delivery charge, so please contact the shop for further information on 01372 362 352

Grills & Smokers
Our business model is to provide Grills and Smokers to our immediate business area using our own staff and delivery van which in general terms extends to a radius of 10 miles from our shop in Leatherhead, Surrey. This would include the areas of Leatherhead, Ashtead, Epsom, Esher, Dorking, Guildford, Woking, Redhill, Croydon, Sutton, Kingston, Crawley and Staines. Deliveries to these areas is free of charge. An additional delivery charge may be applicable to deliveries outside these general areas. Please contact our shop for further details on whether any further charge would be applicable.
Deliveries of grills and smokers in stock will be made within 1 to 3 days following order, which will be confirmed by email or phone following the receipt of your order. Deliveries of grills not in stock will be subject to availability and delivery from our suppliers, which generally means a delivery time ranging from 5 to 10 days.
Unless you have ordered your Grill or Smoker assembled, it will be delivered in their original packaging and provided to you at your property. We request that you immediately examine the packaging for any sign of shipping damage and inform the driver of any concerns at the time of delivery.
On some occasions items will be shipped directly from our suppliers, which will involve additional terms and conditions from those indicated above. We will inform you of these additional terms and conditions, should the item you have ordered is being shipped directly from our suppliers.
